Our main store types are:
- Stores inside commercial office buildings, university campuses or hospitals
- Street level walk – in stores within commercial or residential buildings
- Free standing stores within residential communities
- Stores or kiosks within stations and shopping centers
For any of the above store types, our requirements are:
- Size:
- Full Selection Stores: Generally 1,000 to 2,000 square feet
- Limited Selection Stores and Kiosks: Generally 200 to 1,000 square feet
- A trade area with high density worker or residential population within a 1km radius with significant daytime population and heavy pedestrian count
- High visibility and accessibility
- Ability to operate 24-hours is preferred
- For free standing stores - the availability of adequate store front parking
