Historical milestones:

• The company was incorporated in 2003 by prominent local shareholders
• 24 Seven opens its first shop in the Garhoud area in September 2003
• The second shop is opened in Dubai Media City in October of the same year
• Eight more stores are launched over the period from 2004 to 2006 across the city of Dubai
• The Company installs the first integrated information system in early 2007 to handle the rapid expansion
• Three more locations are opened in 2007 bringing the total number of outlets to thirteen
• 24 Seven is acquired by consortium of leading Gulf based investors led by Elaph Investments in June 2008. The company enters into a new era of development
• The Company's operations are supported by a second generation of information systems enabling real-time data transfer to enhance product availability and therefore customer satisfaction
• The management team is expanded to improve financial and operations management
• A new store is launched at Nakheel's Dubai Waterfront development in October 2008
